Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental US. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $5.99.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@getyourbuddies.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the destination.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes using USPS. However, express shipping options are not available for PO Box addresses.
What carriers do you use?
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and shipping speed selected. The carrier is determined at the time of shipment for optimal delivery.
