How to Initiate a Return
To start a return: 1. Email us at returns@getyourbuddies.com with your order number 2. Include the reason for your return (helps us improve!) 3. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours 4. Pack items securely and drop off at any USPS location 5. Once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method: • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on statement • PayPal: 3-5 business days • Shop Pay: 3-5 business days • Store Credit: Immediate (if requested) Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products

Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please: 1. Return your original order for a refund 2. Place a new order for the desired item This ensures the fastest processing and delivery of your new product.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged. If you cancel after a shipment has been processed, you may return that shipment following our standard return policy.
